Here We Go Again

Once more the Annual Show is with us, and again it is being held at the Royal Oak in the village. This year on Sunday 30th August.

Preparation for this event is as always coming from all quarters of the village and the competition as always will be intense.

We have over 60 categories in this schedule

Containing sections for

Vegetables
Flowers
Fruit
Floral Art
Home Baking
Preserves and Home made wine
Photography
Arts and Crafts

There is also a Children’s section for up to 16 years of age on the day of the show.

Once again, the entrants in each section will be endeavouring to win trophies.
On the day the bar will be open, and tea or coffee will be made available. There will also be a Hog Roast, ice creams and a bouncy castle for the children.

An exhibit will cost just 30p per category, with entries from children being free. This should be taken to the Royal Oak between 9.30 and 11.00am on the day of the show.

No late entries will be accepted.

Entry, to look around on the day is 50p to non-exhibitors, with children once again being given free admittance when accompanied by an adult.
